Not to long after you leave post 21 behind you will come to this spot on the "1800" road. If the water is high you will appreciate this bridge that was put in by the park. You used to have to wade across or turn around if the water was really high. The foundations of an old bridge are visable here as are two others back toward the river. Once an old road that pre-dates "Morris Bridge Road", it will be improved and the bridges rebuilt when the campground planned for this area is completed. We at the WTA have mixed feelings about this project since it could negatively influence the cycling activities on this section of the "Wilderness Loop".
